Eleanor M. Fay of Dedham, formerly of Jamaica Plain, passed away on Sept. 28.
Sh was the beloved daughter of the late Lawrence A. and Mary (Sullivan) Fay. Sister of the late M. Frances Smith, Leo D. Fay, L. Clifford Fay, Sr., Margaret McCarthy, Anne Hotz, John Fay, Dorothy Kelley and Daniel Fay.

Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and great grand nieces and nephews.
The funeral was held at the George F. Doherty & Sons, Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., in Dedham, on Monday.
