“We’re encouraging a friendly competition among the merchants  in the Square to transform their storefronts into something special for the holiday season,” said Dedham Square Circle Executive Director Amy Haelsen.    “We’re amazed at how creative the windows are this year and how enthusiastic the merchants have been about participating.”

Haelsen added that the objective in running the contest is to make the Square look and feel more festive in time for the Annual Holiday Stroll and Tree Lighting scheduled for Friday, Nov. 30 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m.  “Our goal is to bring new and repeat visitors to the Square to celebrate the holidays and to support the small business community.”
