Assistant Director of Quality Management, Riverside Community Care, Dedham

Job Description:
Great part-time (24-32 hours per week) opportunity to assist our Director of Quality Management with the supervision and oversight of Riverside’s quality management operations, ensuring that quality management systems are implemented in compliance with policies, regulations, accreditation and industry standards.  This newly created position offers a combination of supervisory  and administrative responsibilities  , and the ability to work with a wide range of divisions and programs to help the individuals we serve to reach their goals.  Primary responsibilities include providing direct supervision to Quality Managers and an Administrative Assistant, enhancing existing quality management systems through recommending systems changes to enhance quality, monitoring and maintaining systems to ensure compliance, and having primary responsibility for designated department activities in the absence of the Director.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Human Services related field required; Master’s preferred.  RN or LICSW preferred.  Must have at least five years of experience in healthcare or human services and quality management.  Experience with accreditation (CARF or JCAHO) required.  Supervisory experience preferred.

Plan and implement effective strategies to recruit and retain and manage sponsor organizations and relationships to achieve established blood collection goals. Develop potential Sponsor leads.
