Get Out: 5 Things to Do This Weekend, Halloween Parties, Fall Festivals and More

1. Frightful and Delightful Halloween Party

Where/When: Mosley's on the Charles, 50 Bridge St. in Dedham/ Friday, Oct. 26 at 8 p.m.

Why Go: There will be music and Karaoke by Kev-Daddy. There will also be cash prizes for best costumes, munchies and a 50/50 raffle.  The event will also be accepting donations to send to active service members that have a Riverdale/Dedham connection.

2. Mini Pumpkin Drawing

Where/When: Bamboo, 55 Ariadne Rd. in Dedham./ Saturday, Oct. 27 at 12 p.m.

Why Go: There will be goodie bags for kids, mini pumpkin drawing contest, and a costume contest for both children and adults.

Price: FREE

3. Trunk or Treat

Where/When: Dedham Town Hall, 26 Bryant St. in Dedham./  Saturday, Oct. 27 at 4 p.m.

Why Go:  Come dressed in costome, trick or treat from cars decorated by local organizations.  There will be activities for kids and food for sale with proceeds going to Dedham Food Pantry.

4. Murder at the Main- Hollywood Style!

Where/When: Dedham Public Library, 43 Church St. in Dedham./ Saturday, Oct. 27 at 6:30 p.m.

Why Go: Come join an interactive “red carpet cocktail soiree” murder mystery starring local Dedham stars! A star-studded celebration is underway at the Hollywood Library of Film and Television (aka the Dedham Public Library) for the premiere of “Women on the Screen,” a new (fake) documentary.  But when the notorious “bad girl” Britsy Cate Allsin goes missing after cocktails, the game is afoot!

Price: $30 per ticket, which includes two drinks, $200 per team (up to 8 people). Ages 21+ only.

5. Nobles Day Camp Fall Festival

Where/When: Noble and Greenough School, 10 Campus Dr. in Dedham./ Sunday, Oct. 28 at 11 a.m.

Why Go:   This event includes: live performance from Josh and the Jam Tones, square dancing with Miss Donna, petting zoo, bouncy house, blow up slide, face painting, fall craft, weather permitting we will also have archery and canoe rides! Food available to purchase from B.Good and Cupcakory food trucks. While at the event come learn about Nobles Day Camp, an exciting and engaging summer day camp for kids ages 3.5- entering K.
