Dinger’s Sports Camp to Launch Youth Baseball Camp, Weeks of July 22 and July 29

DEDHAM, MA. – Budding Clay Buchholzs, Dustin Pedroias and Shane Victorinos are invited to attend the inaugural Dinger’s Sports Baseball Camp, taking place the weeks of July 22 and July 29, at Ten X Gym/Memorial Field, 450 Providence Highway, Dedham.

The camp is open to boys and girls ages 8-12.  It will run Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., during the weeks of July 22 and July 29. The cost is $200 per camper and $50 for each additional camper from the same family.

The camp will be open to the first 25 campers who sign up per week. Dinger’s will provide children with a safe and exciting experience for players of all ability to learn major aspects of the game including pitching, catching, fielding, and hitting. Campers will have the opportunity to improve and hone their baseball skills with valuable instruction through drills, games and more. Participants will receive a Dinger’s camp T-shirt and baseball socks.

Dinger’s is run by camp director and Wellesley native Breandain Keating who has coached a wide variety of sports locally over the past 15 years. He currently coaches middle school football and JV softball at Thayer Academy in Braintree. Keating has also volunteered as coach for several baseball teams in Dedham.
