Dedham Home Sales Up 30 Percent from Last Year
Figures from the Warren Group compare Dec 2011 to Dec 2012, showing sales in Dedham are relatively stable.
At the end of 2012, figures show that single-family home sales have increased in Dedham by 30 percent over the same 11 month period in 2011, according to statistics gathered by the Warren Group, the Boston-based real estate and banking information publishers for New England. By the end of December, 26 single-family homes were sold in Needham, 6 more than those sold by the end of November 2011. According to the press release, overall Massachusetts home sales rose 18 percent in December. The total number of homes sold statewide were 46,887, an increase from 39,594 home sales in 2011.
