MassDOT Opens Fourth Travel Lane on Rte. I-93, I-95
The "Add-a-Lane" project received a bit of an update Wednesday, as drivers were able to begin use of the new lane, according to reports.
On Nov. 14, drivers along Rte. I-93 and I-95 in the Canton area will begin to see the benefits from the longstanding Massachusetts Department of Transportation's "Add-a-Lane" project. Construction crews began opening portions of a fourth travel lane on the highway between Randolph and Westwood Wednesday morning, according to a report on WCVB.com Limits for the project begin on Rte. I-93 in Randolph near the interchange with Rte. 24, from where the work extends west towards Canton.
