"Mark it zero!" A new late night, summer movie series is coming to the Dedham Community Theatre running every Friday throughout the month of August. These movie events kick off this Friday with Peter Jackson's gory, cult-horror classic, Dead Alive at 11:15 p.m. at the theatre on 580 High St. "[The theatre] had done this program nine years ago and I remember seeing films as a guest," explains Sarah Reynolds the DCT Director and coordinator of the series. "When I came on as general manager last fall it was one of my goals to re-instate this program because I think there is definitely a crowd for this program, maybe bring in some younger people to the theatre." The Dedham School of Music will hold a fund-raising concert on Sunday afternoon from noon to 2 p.m. at the Dedham Community Theatre in Dedham Square. Tickets for Unsung Dedham are $10 for an individual and $20 for a family.
