Dedham's Metrowest Boys Take 3rd Win in a Row

Team sports are a funny thing. As a coach, you need to keep an open mind and always be able to “tinker” with your line-up, starting rotation, who you sub with, when and where. John Maida's Dedham Metrowest Boys 7th grade Basketball Team is no different. Casual defense, not hustling down the court, missing passes or baskets, will certainly find you a place – on the bench. The Metrowest boys traveled out to Southboro last weekend, and the score at the end of the first quarter was only 12-4 Dedham. Maida made many substitutions during the first half (Dedham 32-13) to keep his team focused and playing to the best of their ability.
