Dedham Resident Provides Pro-bono Financial Counseling for Armed Services
Financial Planning Association™ of MA member and Dedham Resident, Austin Poirier, provides pro-bono financial counseling for a member of the armed services.
Financial Planning Association™ (FPA™) of Massachusetts member Austin Poirier, MSFP, CFA recently volunteered his time and expertise to assist members of the Air Force Guard with financial planning. Poirier, a Senior Investment Advisor with Ballentine Partners, LLC in Waltham, traveled to Westover Air Force Base to meet with service members from the Air Force Reserve to discuss money issues including credit reports, debt, investments and savings plans. Poirier is an active volunteer with a team of Military Pro Bono members from the FPA™ of MA that offers free financial coaching and planning to service members and their families.
