This was honestly the worst service i have received from any business. I spoke to Bill throughout my accident to make sure that my car would get fixed but to get a phone call saying that there was more damage to my car than the car accident caused. Now let me tell you that there was nothing wrong with my car before the car accident. Of course there were little scratch marks and such but they tried telling me that the bumper is falling off and i need that fixed along with a huge scratch mark on the side of the car. This was not caused by me. They gave us an attitude and a very serious one. They told us it would cost almost a grand to fix. After something this traumatic happens to you, all you want is to get your car fixed and what they did to me has caused so much more emotional and physical stress. I will never in my life ever trust them with a car. i don't know what kind of business they are doing but there are so many places in dedham to get your car fixed that it isn't worth it to go to a dishonest and rude place.
