The gold-colored dome, noticeable from most points on High Street, marks the Norfolk Superior Courthouse.
Cases from all over the county get heard at here - from civil to criminal. New jurors reporting for cases should go across High Street to the Registry of Deeds to check in.
The Greek Revival-styled courthouse, built in 1827 is on the National Register of Historic Places.
