Annual Flag Day Parade Set to Kick Off Saturday Evening in Dedham

Another sure sign that summer is right around the corner is about to make its way into the streets of Dedham. 

The annual Flag Day Parade is set to take place on Saturday, June 14 at 6 p.m.

In the event of rain, a Code Red phone message will be sent to residents with rescheduling information. For more updates, check back here, and for more information, call 781-751-9250.

The parade route will be as follows, according to the Dedham town website:

  • The parade will begin on East Street by Dedham Middle School
  • Proceeds down East Street and turns left on High Street
  • Follows High Street into Dedham Square past the Dedham Community Theater
  • Turns right on Washington Street
  • Turns right on Harris Street
  • Moves down High Street to East Dedham
  • Turns Right on Milton Street
  • Turns right on Walnut Street
  • Turns left on Oakdale Avenue
  • Turns right on Sanderson Avenue
  • Turns left on Mt. Vernon Street
  • Turns left on Whiting Avenue
  • Parade Ends at Memorial in Dedham
