Jack and Eric Linari have been donating money to charity for several years. And on Tuesday, they received a reward for their hard work.

The Dedham brothers were invited to the Animal Rescue League Boston where Boston Red Sox free agent David Ortiz signed autographs and took pictures with other children and shelter volunteers.

Ortiz then went into the yard to play with some of the ARL dogs, and the Linari brothers had a prime spot for the festivities.

ARL employees invited Jack and Eric to participate after they and donated it to the shelter in the summer of 2010.
