Cult Classics Come to the Dedham Community Theatre
A look at the upcoming Hot Summer, Late Nights Movie Series at the DCT.
"Mark it zero!" A new late night, summer movie series is coming to the running every Friday throughout the month of August. These movie events kick off this Friday with Peter Jackson's gory, cult-horror classic, Dead Alive at 11:15 p.m. at the theatre on 580 High St.
"[The theatre] had done this program nine years ago and I remember seeing films as a guest," explains Sarah Reynolds the DCT Director and coordinator of the series. "When I came on as general manager last fall it was one of my goals to re-instate this program because I think there is definitely a crowd for this program, maybe bring in some younger people to the theatre."
