The boys played four exhibition games (3-1), earning wins against the Moncton Wildcats, Quebec-Centre Champlain and the Atlanta Fire; while losing to a very tough Team Maryland 2-0.

The team was also able to win their opening game at the Colisee Pepsi 2-0 against the Nashville Jr. Predators, but lost their 2nd game against the Colorado Jr. Avalanche in the 54th Tourni International De Hockey Pee Wee de Quebec (1-1). In the International PEE-WEE B.S.R. Tournament (4-2) the boys opened the tournament with a 2-1 win against Bratislava, Slovakia and then with a 4-0 loss against ESVD Avalanche from Missquori, Quebec on Thursday.

On Friday the boys bounced back with a 2-1 win against Deux-Rivers and a 2-0 win against Riv-du-Loup. The team was dominant in a 6-3 win on Saturday against the Predateurs de College-Francais (France) to advance to the finals Sunday and a rematch with Bratislava.

It was a great championship game, but ultimately, Bratislava got a short-handed goal in the 2nd period and won the game 1-0.

In the 12-games, Aidan Pierce, who also plays on the Dedham Pee Wee A hockey team, proved he was a talented and multi-skilled player, making big plays and earning praise from both coaches and fans for his play at both defenseman and forward.

Alex Cherry, former Dedham Youth Hockey Player, tallied 10 points (4 goals, and 6 assists) and earned A Player of the Game Award with 2 goals vs. Bratislava in the opening round of the B.S.R.

Outside the rink, the boys toured multiple cultural sites in Quebec, went dogsledding, traded pins with boys/hockey players from the US, Canada and Europe, and developed great relationships with their Billet Families, their new families in Quebec. The young men represented their families, Dedham Youth Hockey, Dedham, and the Jr. Bruins with great honor on and off the ice.
