Laughter Under the Stars - FREE

The Westwood Laughter Circle invites you to a FREE outdoor event (will be indoors in case rain) in order to celebrate the beginning of summer by Laughing Under the Stars. Anyone can do these easy exercises that begin with a fake laugh that turns into real laughter when in a group. This will truly be an uplifting experience! We will be in the back of the main building. Linda and Bill Hamaker are Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers who were trained by Dr. Madan Kataria, the creator of Laughter Yoga. (Please note that The Westwood Laughter Circle usually meets on the third Wednesday of every month, but is meeting on the fourth this month in order to celebrate summer.)
