VIDEO: A Look Inside the New Avery School

We took a tour of the construction site earlier this week with school officials.

School officials gave us a first-hand tour of the new Avery Elementary School this week.

The project is on schedule and the school is taking shape quickly. Students are expected to move into the new building in the spring of 2012.

Construction crews hope to put on the permanent roof soon. They were delayed earlier this month because of the several days of rain.
