Join us for a TWO DAY workshop.

Session 1: Monday, September 12th, 6:00-8:00pm
(Refreshments will be provided.)

• Documentation needed to file a mortgage

Session 2: Saturday, September 17th, 9:00am-4:00pm
(Registration is at 8:30am. Lunch will be provided.)

Cost to attend the program is $20 per person and payable to Neighborhood Housing Services of the South Shore.

*After completion of the 2 day workshop, income eligible borrowers may qualify for many first-time homebuyer programs, including down payment and closing cost assistance. Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) of the South Shore is an approved Housing Counseling Agency.
