Buddhist Meditation Class: Anger Solves Nothing

Anger is a mind-poison that destroys happiness and takes the joy out of life. As long as we remain debilitated by our own and others’ anger, we will not have confidence or harmony in our relationships.

This course, taught by Buddhist Monk Kelsang Powa, looks at why anger arises and how to manage anger through engaging in simple meditation techniques. Be kind to yourself and others—learn to stop any form of anger whenever it threatens to arise.
