Dedham Middle School Selling Cookbooks for Music Program
The cookbooks are made up of more than 100 recipes.
After months of planning, hardwork and preparation, the
has just released "Masterpieces from Our Kitchen."
The brainchild of the DMS Music Department, this 80-page book is a collection
of more than 100 recipes, donated by parents, faculty, and friends of the school.
Day-by-day, Dedham Middle School music and band teachers Katie Cervone
and Jeff Taylor compiled their lists and divided the recipes in to one of eight
categories. The back of each book also offers readers a 16-page guide -
from cooking tips to napkin folding to measurements and equivalency charts.
All proceeds from the sale of this cookbook go directly to the Music Department
and their programs. In the words of Gregory David Roberts: "food is music to the body - music is food to the heart..."
