Avery Students Take a Tour of the Earth

The Avery School gymnasium encompassed the world today.  Students in all grades were able to view and walk inside a 20' inflatable globe.

Once inside they were able to view mountains, rivers, deserts, rain forests, islands and oceans without the clouds through a series of satellite photos taken high above our earth.

This assembly brings to life the science and geography being taught in the classrooms.
