Last Chance: Learn About Energy Efficiency Program at Workshop

Workshop will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

The Dedham Sustainability Advisory Committee and Next Step Living are hosting a public workshop -- with refreshments -- on Wednesday, May 30.

The workshop will occur at 7 p.m. at Deli After Dark (555 High St.).

The event will offer those in attendance the chance to learn about the free energy assessments and the solar energy initiatives the program offers.

Energy efficiency upgrades are designed to both save home owners and renters money on their utility bills and reduce their environmental footprints. This is in contrast to most other environmental programs and initiatives, which generally tend to cost those paying for green living a different kind of green.
