To be allowed such Special Permits and/or variances required for an outdoor (non-ice) rink to be used in conjunction with and accessory to the indoor ice-skating facility and utilizing existing parking. Town of Dedham Zoning by-law Table 1(c.6.II.4); Sections 3.3, 5.3.1, 5.1.8, 5.3.2, 5.3.2, 9.2, 9.3.
