Dedham Medicare Flu Clinic

The Dedham Board of Health will be holding a Medicare/Medicare Advantage Plans Flu clinic on Wednesday, October 5th from 1-3pm at the American Legion Post 18. Forms are available at the Dedham Board of Health office at Town Hall, both libraries and the Council on Aging. Forms are also available on the town website underneath the Board of Health Forms section.

 

This flu clinic will be for Dedham seniors only who have Medicare/Medicare Advantage Plans. Please bring a copy of all insurance cards with you to the clinic as well as your forms. Any questions, please contact Jillian Schofield at 781-751-9220.

If any Dedham senior is homebound, and is in need of a home visit for a flu shot, please call Jillian Schofield to make arrangements for an October appointment.
