1.)16 Anthony Lane – Notice of Intent from Stephen Clifford to construct a new single family dwelling with associated driveway, utilities and site grading on a vacant lot within 100 feet of Bordering Vegetated Wetland (Cont. fm 3/1/12).

2.)255 West Street – Notice of Intentfrom Abbot W. Cutler to construct a sewer connection within the Riverfront Area to the Charles River for an existing single family home due to a septic system failure.      

3.)511 East Street – Stormwater Management Permit application from Fairbanks House for the construction of a paved parking area along with a paved arrival area and pedestrian path. (Waiver Request)  

4.) 10 Campus Drive – Stormwater Management Permit application from Noble & Greenough School for the renovation of a natural grass athletic field to a synthetic turf athletic field.
