Weekend Police Log: Man Falls Asleep at Dedham Bar, Car Strikes Home

The following excerpts are from the Dedham police log from last weekend.

The following are police incidents from last weekend:

Friday, Nov. 1:

At 12:56 a.m.  a caller reported someone playing drums in the area of Denmark Street.

At 5:38 p.m. a caller reported three windows were broken by golf balls on Fox Meadow Lane. 

Saturday, Nov. 2:

At 11:46 p.m. a bartender at Chili’s on Providence Highway reported a male was asleep at the bar and was not waking up.   When police questioned the man, he said he was extremely tired from working all night.  He said he only ordered one Margarita and had not even finished.  A Dedham officer drove him home to Westwood.

Sunday, Nov. 3:

At 6:12 p.m. a caller reported a vehicle hit his house on Denmark Street after the vehicle's emergency brake failed.  The Dedham Fire Department reported no injuries and said it was a minor incident.  There was minor damage to siding of the home.
