Weekend Police Log: Teens Throw Pumpkin Through Dedham Window

The following excerpts are from the Dedham police log from, Nov. 15-17. The arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Nov. 15:

At 4:32 p.m. a caller reported two suspicious men got out of a black Audi parked on the side of Stoney Lea Road and walked into the woods.

At 5:29 p.m. a caller reported a car on Maverick Street was parked on the sidewalk, in a manner that forced pedestrians to walk on the street.  The caller stated that children walking to and from school are being impacted.

At 8:27 p.m. a caller on Cedar Street told police she may have been scammed after giving out personal information while looking for an apartment. 

Saturday, Nov. 16:

At 8:43 p.m. a caller on Mt. Vernon Street  reported three or four males, possibly 15-16-years-old threw a pumpkin at his house breaking his window.  One suspect was described as wearing a hoodie and shorts and leggings.

Sunday, Nov. 17:

At 10:15 a.m. a caller reported storage sheds were broken into on Country Club Road.

At 12:43 p.m. an unoccupied vehicle rolled and struck another vehicle on Providence Highway.
