Two-Alarm Fire Destroys Sanderson Avenue Home Overnight

Roof collapsed under heavy fire, no reports of injuries.

A two-alarm fire overnight has destroyed a Dedham home.

Firefighters received the call just after midnight Tuesday morning for a fire on Sanderson Avenue. Crews from four towns worked to battle the blaze.

There was heavy fire in the attic which lead to the roof of the structure collapsing.

Fox 25 is reporting neighbors rushed to the house to help the family. The station says the owners of the home have small children.

A cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
