Police Log: Man Charged After Gas Station Incident

Tuesday, Oct. 25

  • At 12:08 p.m., a caller reported an attempted theft of airline tickets over the Internet.
  • At 1:26 p.m., police took a report of a hit-and-run with a purple Honda. They have a suspect and alerted area police departments as well.
  • At 4:32 p.m., police arrested 41-year-old David Kenney, of Dedham, and charged him with malicious destruction of porperty and disturbing the peace after he allegedly knocked over trash cans and was yelling at on Eastern Avenue.
  • At 7:04 p.m., multiple thieves stole about $50 worth of merchandise from on Bussey Street.
  • At 7:55 p.m., a caller on Colburn Street reported their car window had been smashed.
