Police Log: 12-Year-Old Pulls Knife on Friend, Dedham Common Vandalized

• At 8:53 a.m., police reported that a "small black car" ran into another car and fled the scene on Providence Highway.

• At 1:34 a.m., police arrested Auly Simon, 26 of Brockton, while he was driving on Washington Street. Police say Simon attached false plates to his car and was driving with a suspended license. He also had three outstanding warrants.
• At 7:30 a.m., Dedham Police arrested 19-year-old Melissa Contardo, of Dedham, on four outstanding warrants including charges of identity theft and two charges of uttering a false check.
• At 8:24 a.m., police responded to Bridge Street for a report of a stolen debit card.
• At 8:54 a.m., a walk-in reported to police that one of the stone pillars in the was destroyed. Police alerted the .
• At 6:49 p.m., police responded to an incident near Condon Park where reports say a 12-year-old boy pulled a knife on a childhood friend after a physical altercation. Charges are pending against the boy, Lt. Robert Nedder said.
• At 9:20 p.m., authorities responded to the  to transport three individuals to area hospitals. One person suffered a head laceration. No other information was immediately available.

April 15

• At 3:17 a.m., police arrested Agnaldo Dasilva, 28 of Norwood, for allegedly driving an uninsured car through a red light with a revoked license. He is facing four driving-related charges.
