It shatters my faith in human nature to find out that someone took advantage of the Thursday wind storm to go out and steal someone's recycling barrel. I mean with all the wires down, and the police responding to all kinds of alarms going off, this human garbage took that opportunity to steal something so insignificant knowing the police were busy with a public safety issue. I wonder if the home owner also reported that someone scattered bottles and cans all over their lawn.
