Mattapan Man Arrested For Operating to Endanger in Dedham Square

The following arrests were made in Dedham last week. The arrest information was supplied by the Dedham Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Oct. 21:

At 10:30 a.m. police arrested Joshua Ladebauche, 35, of Attleboro on a warrant arrest for operating under the influence.   The arrest was made during a traffic stop on Needham Street after Ladebauche was traveling 39 MPH in a 25 MPH zone. Ladebauche had two warrant arrests out of Wrentham District Court.

Wednesday, Oct. 23:

At 1:54 p.m. police arrested  Constantine Thompson, 38 of Mattapan for operating to endanger on High Street. Thompson was stopped after traveling 46 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. When the Dedham officer issued a citation, Thompson grabbed his license and rental agreement from the officers hand in a negligent manner and sped off, striking the officers hand with his vehicle.  Thompson then pulled into traffic when it was unsafe to do so, and almost caused a crash.
