Man Arrested in Legacy Place Parking Lot After Pursuit

A man wanted by Boston Police was apprehended by Dedham Police at Legacy Place on Tuesday afternoon after trying to flee on foot.
The suspect was wanted by Boston PD on warrants and had just fled from them around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. He was spotted by Dedham Officer Barrett who attempted to stop his vehicle, according to Dedham Officer Bobby Nedder Jr.
The suspect fled on foot in the area of Legacy Place while being pursued by Officer Barrett and he was apprehended by Officer Blake who was working a detail at Whole Foods, Nedder said.

Boston PD took custody of the suspect at the station. Dedham Police said he will be summonsed in for any additional charges that occurred while he was being pursued by Officer Barrett in Dedham.
