IPhones Swiped from AT&T, Alleged Sears Thief Tells Cops She 'Could Not Help Herself'
Dedham Police also fielded a hit-and-run to a parked car on Cedar Street.
arrested Josefa Ramos, 53 of Dorchester, Sunday afternoon after she allegedly stole $722 worth of merchandise from on Providence Highway.
Ramos confessed to the theft and told officer David Chambers that it "was a disease" and she "could not help herself," according to Chambers' report.
Ramos was charged with larceny over $250.

Parked Car Damaged in Hit-and-Run
A car parked on Cedar Street was hit sometime between Saturday night and Sunday morning, according to police reports.

The 1993 Buick LaSabre was parked on the side of the road when a second car clipped the front of the Buick that left pieces of the car on the ground, reports stated.
IPhones Swiped from AT&T
Two iPhones fourth generation were stolen from AT&T on Providence Highway Saturday evening, according to police reports.
A man wearing a blue New England Patriots shirt, blue jeans, white sneakers and a New York Yankees hat fled the store with the two phones, valued at $675 each and jumped into a blue Buick last seen heading northbound on Providence Highway, police stated.
Police stated they will review a store surveillance video.
