Liquor Establishments in Dedham Pledge to Participate in HERO Program

Dedham Police are encouraging licensed liquor establishments to participate in the Norfolk County HERO Program by encouraging patrons to be or use sober designated drivers.

The following information was contributed by The Dedham Police Department.

As a means to promote safety on our roadways and to encourage sober designated drivers, the Dedham Police Department joins Norfolk County District Attorney Michael Morrissey and Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission Chief Investigator Ted Mahoney in endorsing the Norfolk County HERO Program. This program is based on the John R. Elliott HERO Campaign (http://herocampaign.org).

Licensed liquor establishments are encouraged to participate in the Norfolk County HERO Program by encouraging patrons to be or use sober designated drivers, to offer one free soft drink or non-alcoholic beverage to a sober designated driver and to post and display HERO Campaign materials in the establishment.

We are pleased to announce that the following liquor establishments in Dedham have pledged to be a participating member in the HERO Campaign:
