Dedham Police Launch New 'Fit Club' for Summer Season
The fitness group will meet twice a week.
The Dedham Police Department on Monday announced that the new DPD Fit Club will meet twice a week.
The club will meet Monday and Wednesday nights from 4 to 10 p.m. at the Dedham High School gym. Participants will be able to use the basketball courts, gym and track at the school, Dedham police said.
"We had about 30 kids the first night and close to 50 on the second," Dedham police said Monday.

The club will run through the summer, with Dedham officers on site to help out with each session.
Dedham High School is located at 140 Whiting Ave.
