Damage Reported at Verizon Store Monday Morning

Police believe a motor vehicle may have run into the storefront on Providence Highway.

Around 3 a.m. Monday morning extensive damage to the door of the Verizon store at 826 Providence Highway was observed by Dedham Police officers. The damage appeared to have been inflicted by a motor vehicle, according to a statement from the Dedham Police Department.

The officers responded to multiple alarms triggered in the store. They checked the building and did not locate any intruders in the store.  No further information is being released at this time from the Department.
