Canton Police Bust Marijuana Delivery
Dedham, Randolph police and DEA agents involved in arrest.
The Canton Police arrested an Oregon man after he allegedly took possession of nine pounds of marijuana in town Monday, Dec. 9 at 2 p.m.
Police say Nicholas Farrigno, 41, of Portland, OR. pulled into of an unsuspecting transport company and took possession of marijuana with a street value of $40,000. He was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and conspiracy to violate the controlled substance law.
Canton received reliable information that there may be a marijuana delivery in town. Their plainclothes and uniform personal worked with the Drug Enforcement Agency, the Randolph and Dedham police departments to stake out the premises.
