Boston PD: Dedham Man Cut Off an Off-Duty Cop
Police reports say erratic driving caused an accident in Mattapan.
Boston police arrested Malcolm Aubrey, 21 of Dedham, and charged him with driving to endanger late Sunday night.
Aubrey was driving through Mattapan and allegedly cut off an off-duty police officer, who then said Aubrey cut-off and tailgated other drivers, according to a police report.
Police said Aubrey was traveling at a high-rate of speed and changed lanes abruptly "without regard for the safety of others in the road."
