Bail Hearing Postponed for Westwood Man Accused of Murder

Daniel Bradley's lawyer will file a motion for a Norfolk County judge to reconsider bail.

A bail hearing set for Tuesday at 2 p.m. for murder suspect Daniel Bradley, of Westwood, was postponed.

Bradley is accused of conspiring with Paul Moccia, of Dedham, in the alleged killing of Angel Antonio Ramirez, of Framingham, in March 2009.

Bradley and Moccia are both charged with first-degree murder.

Bradley's attorney, Kevin Reddington, is seeking to get Bradley out of jail and out on either an anklet, house arrest or both as he awaits trial.

Just last week, , 30 months after his June 2009 arrest.

A official said Reddington hadn't filed a motion for Judge Kenneth Fishman to deny bail. Fishman could then either rule on the motion, or order a hearing with prosecutors and Reddington.
