Planes over Dedham

I'm a Dedham resident and I've been hearing more planes flying over Dedham in the last month. I know the flight route changed last year but these last 3-4 weeks have been extremely loud. As I'm sitting here for 15 minutes, I heard at least three planes fly over. 
This is absolutely terrible and reduces your feel of comfort big time. You pay so much taxes, it's unbelievable you're forced to listen to this. 
Is there really nothing to do?
