Free Family Zumba Class this Saturday and much more!

Wow! The Dedham 50 Days of Fitness Fun is coming to an end my friend! But what better way to celebrate this awesome community initiative than by participating in a free family Zumba(R) with Adriana class, plus so much more!

This event will also include plenty of free raffles prizes, a line dance party, a megamix video highlighting the 50 Days of Fitness activities, and representatives from local health facilities. This is simply a great event for families, friends and youth.

We will also be weighing-in t...he 40 people who registered for "Downsizing Dedham." For every pound that this group of people lost as a team in the month of February, the Dedham Youth Commission will donate a canned good to the Dedham Food Pantry,

ALSO, for every person who attends this 50 Days Finale, we will also donate a canned good to the Dedham Food Pantry!

So on Saturday, March 1st, make sure you head over to the American Legion at 9:30 AM! Yes, the legion with the tank in the parking lot.
