Francis E. DeLappe, Dedham Native, Dies at 75

Francis E. DeLappe, age 75, of Plymouth died on Dec. 2, 2012, at the Stafford Hill Assisted Living in Plymouth.

He was the beloved son of the late Horace and Mary (Connolly) DeLappe.

He was educated in Boston and was a graduate of Christopher Columbus High School and attended Northeastern University in Boston.

He had worked for Boston Edison at the Pilgrim Power Plant retiring in 1999. Mr. DeLappe moved to Plymouth in 1977 from Dedham. He was an avid walker, and enjoyed strolling throughout the town.

Frank was the loving brother of Patricia DeLappe of Scituate, Mary McLaughlin and her husband Robert of Sudbury and the late James DeLappe. He is also survived by three nieces and a nephew. A celebration of his life will be scheduled at a later date.

Interment will be in the family plot at St. Josephs Cemetery, West Roxbury, Boston.
