Eugene "Gene" DeCosta, Dedham Native Dies
A Memorial Service celebrating Gene's life will be held Thursday, Oct. 18, in the Larz Anderson Auto Museum, 15 Newton Street, Brookline, MA at 7:00 P.M.
Eugene "Gene" DeCosta of Dedham, formerly of South Boston, passed away on Sept. 19.
Beloved son of the late Mary H. (Irwin) DeCosta. Loving father of Paris A. of Plainville. Devoted brother of Debbie Potsidis, her husband Bobby of Quincy, Kathy DeCosta, her husband John Joyce of Scituate, Joann DeCosta of Dorchester, Edward J., of Kingston, Karen DeCosta-Libby and her husband Richard also of Kingston.

Caring partner of Jon Maimon of Dedham,and his daughter's Ilanna and Melanie of Needham. Longtime friend of his son's mother M'Liss Calzaretta, her life partner Gail Holmes, and her children Hilary and Harley of Plainville. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
