Dedham Red Sox Scholar Gets Free School Supplies
As a Red Sox Scholar recipient, Dave Pierre was able to take advantage of getting free school supplies.
While everyone is scrambling to get things ready for back-to-school, there is one Dedham resident who is all set.
Dave Pierre, was among 225 students chosen to receive free school supplies at a local Target in Dorcester.
The event was held by Red Sox First Baseman, Adrian Gonzalez, as part of the Red Sox Scholars program.

Through the program, Pierre was given a new backpack, and $125 for school supplies.
