Watercolor Workshop

explore landscape painting using water, wax and oil. Class demonstration and individual instruction. Open to all levels and abilities.

About the Instructor
Fred Smith is a landscape designer who has his business, Perennial Garden Design LLC, in Dedham. He has designed gardens in Chicago, Washington, D.C. and the Boston area, and holds a master’s degree in landscape architecture from Rhode Island School of Design. He uses watercolors to explore natural forms and processes, and enjoys the transparency and layering effects that can be made using resist techniques.

Student: Bring watercolors and watercolor paper.
Provided by Instructor: Wax, oil sticks and oil pastels

Registration is required by October 5, 2012
Please make Class Fee checks payable to DSAG, 553 High Street, Dedham, MA and mail with Registration Form at www.dedhamguild.com

The Dedham Square Artist Guild reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient enrollment. We will refund the full registration fee and materials fee of the class if you are unable to attend the proposed make up date. Cancellations on participants behalf or no-shows are non-refundable.
