How to Fight Fitness Lazyness

Find the 3 things it takes to motivate yourself to get Fit.

Starting a fitness routine takes 3 things: wanting to change your body, knowing what to do, and implementation.The first one's easy, knowing what to do can be a little challenging, and implementation is the hardest. 

Knowing What to do
Whatever your goal is, find the simplest way to get there, over complicating things will just hurt your motivation. Spend some time reading a little on general fitness. At the beginning stay away from complicated lifts and machines. Jog, bike, swim, or jump rope. This is a good way to create a behavior pattern of working out regularly.

Implementation
This is the hardest for everybody. The key is to start as small as you need to. Maybe today you walk for 15 minutes. Tomorrow maybe 20. If 15 minutes seems too big, then just start with 10 push ups, or squats. It's not about how much at the beginning, it's about just creating that behavior pattern of fitting exercise into your day. As you feel you can do more, increase the intensity or durration.
