Are you a Paleo Pervert?

Do you follow diet's correctly, or twist them so they're what you want them to be?

I’m seeing more and more instances of people taking a healthy dieting philosophy such as eating Paleo or Vegan and perverting it as much as possible. It’s really starting to bother me. 

The life choice to go Vegan, Paleo, Zone, or any other well researched and proven diet is a good thing, if you follow it as intended. I remember 15 years ago durring the Atkins craze people said “Hey I can eat all the butter and bacon I want.” That’s not what Dr. Atkin’s said if you read his research, but people love to find ways to justify bad dietary choices. 

Look, if you decide to go vegan, eating pizza and french fries every day is bad. If you go Paleo, stop it with the bacon wrapped hotdog and hamburger stuffed turkey. Eat some greens and stop posting your disgusting meals on Pinterest.
