Mother Brook Community Group Annual Meeting
Doors open at 7 PM, Meeting will start promptly at 7:30
Updates and discussions that night will include:
•State Representative Paul McMurtry
•Andy Lawlor: School Building Rehabilitation Committee - NEW Avery School
•The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) to discuss Mother Brook
•The Dedham Police Department
•Discussion of the Avery Reuse Committee
•Parks and Recreation Department - Condon & Churchill Parks updates
•Jon Briggs of the Open Space Committee and ConCom will review the request for mitigation funds to create a park at the corner of Bussey and Colburn Streets
•and representatives from other town wide boards and committees.
Help support the Mother Brook Community Group food drive "Put the Brakes on Hunger!" by donating a non-perishable food* item and help provide a Thanksgiving meal for those in need. * Suggested items include pie crust, pie filling, pudding, instant potatoes, canned vegetable or fruit, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, nuts, or bread mix.
The Mother Brook Community Group strives to bring together the residents and business owners who are interested in promoting a vital and thriving community among the neighborhoods connected by historic Mother Brook.
